| The
London Falcons First Team will be competing in the
West Middlesex Sunday League, Division 3 in season
2008-09.
We are looking for players who want serious football
who are able to commit on a weekly basis. If you are
interested or would like to know more, please contact
the club secretary at: falconsecretary@hotmail.co.uk
Please quote "First Team" in the subject
so we know exactly what team you are interested in
joining.
OUR AIM...
The aim is to spend season 2008/09 building a team
that we hope will be ready to apply for the Middlesex
County League in season 2009/10. We shall be actively
recruiting in all communities for keen footballers
who want to be part of a serious but fun set up, play
good football in the right spirit and have a great
time meeting other like minded people.
When and where possible, tournaments will be arranged.
LONDON FALCONS FC HOME GROUND...
All our first team home games are played at:
Old Deer Park
Twickenham Road
Richmond Upon Thames
TW9 2SF
The nearest train station is Richmond Train Station.
When occasions arise due to circumstances beyond our
control, we may have to use an alternative pitches,
details will be provided in full to all players nearer
the time.
PLAYER REQUIREMENTS...
• Players are required to be able to commit
as best as possible to the fixtures and training sessions
set.*
• There is a London Falcons Sere Windbreak training
top which is included in the membership which players
are required to wear to training and matches.
(* Players who cannot meet these requirements every
week, please talk to the team manager. We do make
allowances for people who have work and other special
commitments.)
and
a few other important requirements...
All
players are asked to be on time to training and matches.
There is a meeting time window period in which players
can arrive. Arriving late ruins the afternoon for
the organisers and also the players who have waited
patiently for the session to start.
It is strongly advised that people plan their journey
before setting out. Engineering works often take place
at the weekends and could severely disrupt people's
journey to Richmond. Please visit: www.tfl/gov.uk
for more details.
London Falcons Football Club is a community based
club, therefore we accept people from all walks of
life regardless of Ethnic origins, sexual orientation
and faith. Any player who joins the club MUST agree
by these terms before joining.
