League
History
The London Unity Football
League was formed in 2006 by the manager of the London Falcons Football Club,
Craig Randall. Inviting other friends of the club across the capital and even
as far as Bournemouth, four teams competed in the inugral season - London Falcons,
London Romans, Stonewall 3rds and GFC Bournemouth.
Season 2006/07 was a successful
league campaign with GFC Bournemouth winning the title with a game remaining.
Bournemouth also went on to win in all competitions that year including the national
G.F.S.N. League, G.N.L. Cup and London Tournament For All.
Season 2007/08 saw London Titans enter into the league to replace champions GFC
Bournemouth. Falcons entered an A and B team to make up five teams with fixtures
ranging from September to May, home and away. The London Falcons A team went on
to win the league this year with two games remaining as well as the national G.F.S.N.
League.
